Sage 100 + HubSpot

HubSpot for Sage 100 Manufacturers and Distributors

Your reps quote in HubSpot at the right price tier and currency. Approved orders go to Sage 100 through IN-SYNCH, and Sage stays your system of record.

Your reps quote in Sage, or in a spreadsheet beside it

Tier prices get looked up by hand. An approved quote gets typed again as a sales order. HubSpot, if you have it, can't see what was sold.

We build this for manufacturers and distributors on Sage 100 who want sales working in HubSpot while the order still lands in Sage.

What We Build

From the first quote to the sales order

A Data Model That Mirrors Sage

Customer numbers, price tiers, terms, tax schedules and ship-to fields sit on HubSpot records using Sage’s own codes, so what a rep picks is what Sage expects.

A Product Catalog From Sage

Item codes, names and descriptions load from Sage, so reps quote from the same items your order desk sees.

Repricing by Tier and Currency

When a rep adds or changes a line, the deal reprices at that customer’s price tier and currency.

A Branded Web Quote

The rep sends a link to a quote in your branding, with bill-to and ship-to, comment lines in position, roll-ups and an estimated tax line.

Orders Through IN-SYNCH

When a deal reaches your sales order stage, the customer and order go to Sage through IN-SYNCH. If an order is skipped or refused, a note lands on the deal so the rep sees why.

Testing Against a Sage Test Company

We build in a HubSpot sandbox connected to a Sage test company. Your team runs test orders there before anything reaches production.

Sage integration work began in mid-May 2026. The order push went live in production on September 1, and the client's team formally launched deals with items and the Sage integration on September 15, 2026.

What To Plan For

Four things to settle before the first order

Field lengths

Sage holds 30 characters for a customer name and 2 for a state. HubSpot allows far more, so records need checking before the first push.

Order and customer numbers

Sage order and customer numbers top out at 7 characters. Decide the numbering rule before the first order goes over.

Currency on the deal

On the live build, a deal in Canadian dollars showed blank prices for items with no Canadian price. A two-currency catalog needs a price in each currency.

Orders that fail after they’re accepted

A connector can accept an order that later fails inside IN-SYNCH, and the place to see that is IN-SYNCH’s own log. Plan who checks it.
